3.1 Consumer (Free)
Access to the KoKo website and consumer-facing tools for personal, non-commercial use. Data and recommendations are for your individual informational purposes only.
3.2 Platform Access (API & MCP Subscription)
Programmatic access to KoKo data and tools for use within your own products and services. Subject to your subscription plan's rate limits, usage quotas, and permitted use cases. Specific licensing terms, data scope, delivery format, and permitted redistribution are defined in your data licensing agreement.
3.4 Enterprise Agreements
For use cases requiring custom terms — including expanded redistribution rights, dedicated data feeds, custom analytics, or SLA guarantees — KoKo offers enterprise agreements negotiated on a per-customer basis. Enterprise terms supersede these general Terms & Conditions where they conflict. Contact team@kokofinance.net for enterprise inquiries.
4. Informational Purpose Only — Not Financial or Investment Advice
All KoKo services, data, and analytics are provided for informational and educational purposes ONLY.
- We are NOT a financial advisor, investment advisor, or credit card issuer
- We do NOT provide personalized financial advice or investment recommendations
- Our data and analytics are NOT intended to be used as the sole basis for any financial or investment decision
- Derived metrics (such as value assessments and comparative analyses) are based on proprietary methodology and assumptions — they are analytical tools, not representations of guaranteed outcomes
- Always consult with qualified financial or investment professionals before making financial decisions
This disclaimer applies regardless of your service tier. Whether you access KoKo as a consumer, through our API, or via a data license, our data and analytics do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product or security.
5. No Affiliation with Card Issuers
KoKo is an independent platform. We are:
- NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any credit card issuer or financial institution
- NOT responsible for the accuracy of card information as published by issuers
- NOT liable for changes to card terms, fees, or benefits made by issuers
Always verify card details directly with the issuer before making any decisions.
6. Data Sources, Accuracy, and Methodology
6.1 Data Sources
KoKo data is compiled from publicly available sources including card issuer websites, regulatory filings, and other published materials. All data undergoes a curation and validation process that includes automated collection, manual review, and verification against primary sources.
6.2 Data Freshness
We maintain regular refresh cycles for our data. However:
- Card issuers may change product terms at any time without notice to us
- There may be a delay between when an issuer changes terms and when our data reflects that change
- Refresh frequency varies by data type and is not guaranteed on any fixed schedule
- Timestamps indicating when data was last verified are included where available
6.3 Proprietary Analytics and Derived Data
KoKo produces proprietary derived metrics and calculations, including but not limited to value assessments, comparative analyses, break-even estimates, and market benchmarks. These calculations:
- Are based on proprietary methodology and assumptions developed by KoKo
- May differ from calculations produced by other sources using different assumptions
- Are provided as analytical tools and do not represent guarantees of actual value or outcomes
- May be updated as our methodology evolves
Details of our calculation methodology and specific assumptions are available to data licensing and enterprise customers under appropriate confidentiality agreements.
6.4 No Warranty of Accuracy
Despite our curation efforts, we do not warrant that any data — whether sourced, curated, or derived — is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Users of all service tiers are responsible for independently verifying any data before relying on it for decisions of any kind.
